General Introduction:
CJE series micro magnetic yoke flaw detector is a portable micro magnetic particle flaw detection equipment that uses magnetic yokes to magnetize workpieces made of ferromagnetic materials. It can magnetize various parts and is suitable for oil fields, shipbuilding, internal combustion engine accessories, coal mines, machinery, standard parts, oil pump nozzles, aircraft manufacturing, automotive parts, bridge building, chemical industry, boiler pressure vessels, railways and other industries. It is suitable for forging, quenching, welding Surface and near surface defects caused by fatigue, such as chain rods, crankshafts, bearings, high-strength bolts, springs, forgings, petrochemical pipe fittings, valves, blades, gears, rollers, anchor chains, and welds, with complex geometric shapes.
The CJE series micro magnetic yoke flaw detector has AC, DC, and AC DC dual purpose magnetic particle flaw detectors. The DC power supply is a rechargeable battery, suitable for on-site operation without power supply in the field and for on-site operation of containers, bridges, pipelines, etc. that cannot be accessed by high voltage. The continuous working time of a single charge can reach more than 6 hours. The AC power supply adopts a~220V power supply for direct input, without the need for other instruments. It is easy to operate, simple, lightweight, and portable, making this instrument widely used.

Principle and Use
1. Charging:
Connect the~220V power supply to the charger, connect the charger to the battery box plug, and during charging, the charger`s LED will emit a red light indicating that the battery is in a "fast charging" state. When the LED turns green, the battery will reach over 14 volts. If the battery is not consuming much and is charged, it may start charging from red to green after a period of time, and be in a "slow charging" state. Enter the slow charging charger to continue charging the battery, but the total charging time should not exceed 15 hours.
Note: Instructions for improving the charger.
2. Battery
The battery is the power supply for the probe. After starting operation, due to the continuous discharge of the battery, there is a significant decrease in lifting force when undervoltage occurs (after 5 hours), and the battery needs to be charged.
3. Flaw Detection
A: DC flaw detection (used for CJE-12/220 CJE-12/220YGD)
Connect the plug of the probe wire to the battery plug, and the battery will now supply power to the probe.
During flaw detection, place the open surface of the probe joint on the inspected workpiece to maintain good contact.
(3) Press the probe switch and simultaneously spray magnetic powder or suspension onto the inspected area for 2-3 seconds.
Release the probe switch, remove the probe, and observe the workpiece.
(5) Move the probe to another inspection area and repeat steps 3 and 4.
B: AC flaw detection (used for CJE-12/220 CJE-220 YGD CJE-220 CJE-220D CJE-12/220YGD)
(1) Insert the power input plug into the socket that must have a grounding wire to ensure good contact with the grounding wire.
During the inspection, refer to Article 3, 4, and 5 of DC inspection.
Maintenance and Precautions:
1. When charging the charger, the charging time should not exceed 15 hours each time. After charging, the charger plug and battery plug should be removed to avoid power backflow.
2. When the battery is under voltage, charge it as soon as possible to protect it from having good storage performance.
3. When the instrument is not in use for a long time, the battery should be charged every 2-3 months to avoid battery damage and affecting its service life and continuous working time.
4. When the probe is working, the power on time is generally 2-3 seconds, with a maximum of 5 seconds and an interval of 3-5 seconds.
5. When using water-based magnetic suspension, an appropriate amount of rust inhibitor should be added.
6. Before using the probe, add an appropriate amount of oil to lubricate the active joint. After use, wipe off the water, oil, magnetic powder, etc. on the probe and the active joint, and apply anti rust oil.
7. When using AC flaw detection, the insertion of the power supply must comply with the specified power supply of the instrument and have a good grounding.
8. When using, the movement of the probe should be carried out by releasing the probe switch to avoid open circuit operation that may cause the instrument to heat up.
9. If the flaw detector is powered on for a long time and there is obvious heating, appropriate rest should be taken before putting it into use.
10. Do not use blindly and do not approach high temperature and humidity areas. Do not work in the rain, do not spray magnetic suspension on switches or plugs.
11. 1/0 switch function: 0 gear is used for 220V power supply, and 1 gear is used for 12V DC power supply.
