9.99A 60W 30V Constant Current Electronic Load Discharge Battery Capacity Tester Meter for Electrical Tool
Feature:
Note:
This product is a professional test equipment, requiring users to have
some basic electronics (for example: users should understand what is the
meaning of voltage and current capacity Ah, etc.), otherwise the device
may not be used correctly and may be tested by mistake. Equipment
damage causes unnecessary damage!
Power requirements: DC12V voltage (actual voltage 11-14V)
The current is not less than 0.5A, otherwise the power supply will display an inappropriate Err6.
Note: The default power adapter is not included.
Working mode: single mode constant current (CC)
Discharge current: 0.20-9.99A step 0.1A or 0.01A
Maximum discharge current error: 0.7%-0.01A
Maximum capacity test error: 0.5A 2.5%, 2A 1.5%, 5A and 1.2%
Offline (terminate) voltage range: 1.0-25.0V step 1V or 0.1V
Discharge voltage: 1.00-30.00V
Maximum voltage measurement error: 1% ± 0.02V
Maximum
power: 60W super power automatically limits the maximum current (for
example, when only 3.00A is turned on, the maximum current can be up to
60W when 9.99A 6V and 20V can be turned on)
The
highest battery test statistic: 999.9Ah or 9999Wh, the implementation
value stops testing (the first value is those stop conditions)
Board size: 60W 100mm * 70mm * 57mm (fan protruding board is about 12mm)
Positioning hole position: 60mm * 88mm diameter 3.2mm 5mm base is installed.
Fan control: intelligent fan control (automatic temperature can be continuously changed according to the radiator fan)
Protection:
Overheat protection "otP"; instantaneous over-power protection
"overvoltage protection" ouP"; reverse polarity protection; abnormal
supply voltage protection.

II: Electronic load mode:
1.
Start the power supply 12V into the electronic load mode, ensure that
it is in the stop state ("RUN" is not lit, otherwise press the start
stop switch to close the load) to connect to the tested power supply,
test port input power (P + P - ), be careful not to take Wrong polarity!
2.
Set the current and voltage lower limit knobs, turn the knob to set the
value of the current set position, then press the knob to change the
setting bit. The digital indicator VA on the right side of the digital
two-digit digital indicator determines the current setting position.
3.
Press the start/stop switch, the load starts to run, the ¡°RUN¡± light is
on, the power is turned on, the circuit under test enters the discharge
current, and the upper end displays the actual input load voltage. When
the voltage drops to the set limit voltage, the ¡°RUN¡± LED flashes. With
the buzzer short beep.
4.
The test program can be modified at any current, and can be modified if
the lower voltage needs to be modified to stop the load.
Note:
When in the alarm state, only small currents can be transmitted without
increasing! The tester`s automatic power-down function saves enough
parameters and operating status to save the settings, and restores the
data before the power is turned off again after the power transfer is
completed.
Battery capacity test mode:
1. Test the battery should be fully charged with a dedicated charger!
2.
Power the tester into the battery capacity test mode, connect the
battery current line to the P + P- positive and negative terminals, if
using a four-wire clamp test, and the four-wire interface positive and
negative voltage test fixtures connected to V + V -port.
3.
Rotate the knob to set the discharge current and discharge voltage
(refer to the two specific methods: 2 description), once the start and
stop switch is pressed, the primary battery tester and the first line
detection, automatically identify the 2-4 line 2-line verification
display JS-2, 4 identifies JS-4, if it is wrong, please stop the test
and check the wiring), then enter the test. If the fault code appears,
please refer to the explanation below.
The
test process rounds the digitally significant battery voltage, current
and current discharge capacity Ah discharge energy Wh. When the
discharge is over (the battery voltage is lower than the set voltage),
the tester displays the data remains at Ah and flashes rapidly, and the
bee shorts the bee. Sounder alarm.
5.
Press the start and stop knobs or switches to stop the alarm. You can
rotate the knob to view the battery discharge data, including the
discharge capacity Ah, Wh and the discharge energy platform voltage V.
Press the start/stop button again to clear the data before testing the
next battery. Go back to the initial setup interface.
Extra information:
1.
The battery test process can adjust the discharge current. If you need
to re-adjust the termination voltage, you can press the switch to stop
the discharge modification at the beginning (pause the discharge will
return to the setting page, the discharge data will not be lost, if
necessary, you can press and clear Data until start-stop switch
0.000Ah).
2.
The tester automatically stores recordable setting parameters, and
records all parameters and status at the end of the test process, and
tests the power failure alarm status, and retransmits all automatic
recovery.
Fault protection code and meaning:
Err1: Ultra high capacity test battery voltage.
Err2:
The battery voltage is lower than the set termination voltage and is
not connected to the battery or the battery is reversed.
Err3: The line resistance is too large or the battery cannot set the discharge current.
Err4: Circuit failure.
Err6:
The working power supply is not suitable. Please use the standard 12V
power supply. The power supply current is not less than 0.5A.
otP: Overheat protection.
Ert: The temperature sensor is faulty or the temperature is too low.
ouP: Ultra high voltage electronic load mode.
oPP: Instant in ultra high power electronic load mode.
