G300XK/AC220 direct drive gear pump which is made of SS316 housing, PEEK/Bronze gear and the dynamic seal on the shaft ends adopting fluorubber seal. AC units designed for heavy duty, provides a reliable and noiseless operation in a compact size package.
Decoupling will not occur when the pump load exceeds the maximum coupling torque provided.
the G300XB series pumps are noiseless, pulsation-free and capable of handling relatively high temperature liquids up to 240 °C.

Installation Instructions
1. Open the seal of pump inlet. Inside of the pump must be kept clean after the seal is opened, so as to avoid jamming of the pump. 2. The in and out pipes of the pump shall be installed as per the arrows indicated on pump shell. 3. The in and out pipes of the pump shall be given seal treatment and fixation. (Particularly, if there is air leakage phenomenon at inlet, the noise produced when the pump operates will be larger.) 4. The pump shall be full of liquid before working, so as to ensure that the pump can absorb liquid reliably. It is forbidden to make the pump run idle under the situation of no liquid. ¡£ 5. The pump shall be installed on the foundation with damping device, so as to reduce the produced vibration and noise. 6. The diameter of the particles in the liquid absorbed by the pump must be below 40 um. 7. Wiring of motor:
(1) Three-phase alternating current motor: Y-connection - input 380V three-phase AC power; ¡â-connection – input 220V three-phase AC power. (2) Single-phase alternating current motor: connection terminal: D1, K1, D2, K2
D1.D2: connected to 220V single-phase power; D1.K1 (connected to 2-μF capacitance for MG200 series and 4-μF capacitance for MG300 series); D2.K2 shall be give short-circuit.
