Product Features:
1. The rotary table of the hollow rotary platform is of hollow structure, and the motor is connected at the side to facilitate the installation of air pipes and wires in the smelting tool. Like the divider and DD motor, it can directly fix the heavy objects on the platform for transmission.
2. Considering the side force and other problems when the product is used, we adopt cross roller bearing, and an anti overturning stable ring is set in the middle. In order to better withstand the lateral force load in use.
3. The body is made of aluminum alloy and processed by high-precision CNC to ensure the accuracy of all parts. The gear adopts the carburizing heat treatment and grinding process, which can reach the gear accuracy of grade 5 after machining, and its surface hardness can reach 58-62HRC. After the assembly of the product is completed, -- lapping procedures will be carried out to ensure that the parallelism and perpendicularity of the end face are within a trace of runout.
4. The accuracy level of some gears of the hollow rotating platform is up to 4, which makes the hollow rotating platform have very small air return. We can compensate for the error during assembly by designing the adjustable gear center distance, and the repeated positioning accuracy can reach less than 10 arc seconds.
5. The worktable and mechanical arm of the device can be directly installed on the turntable of the hollow rotary platform. Compared with the use of mechanism parts such as pulley, it can reduce the working hours and costs of mechanism design, parts deployment, belt state adjustment, etc.
